Our Feminology Retreat runs from 10:30 am to 6 pm at Silvertree Wellness. During our day together, you'll have the chance to join a variety of workshops designed to help you connect with your true purpose and awaken your inner power. This empowering experience will guide you to step fully into your chosen identity and embrace your growth, all while enjoying plenty of light-hearted fun along the way.

Begin with a heart-warming cacao circle, followed by shamanic movement and breathwork to release, restore, and expand. Gather around the fire pit for intention-setting and gentle letting-go, supported by energy clearing to help your nervous system soften and your spirit feel held.

Hi, I’m El, and I’ll be guiding you through this Feminology One-Day Retreat. I’ve been running Feminology retreats for the past five years, and I love creating a space where women can explore, reclaim, and evolve — with heart, curiosity, and a little bit of fun along the way.
